Ultra Donut Dash 5k | February 10, 2024

Join us for the 3rd annual Donut Dash 5k Trail Run at beautiful Oak Mountain State Park! This is sure to be one of the most fun (and challenging) races you'll ever run! Runners will eat a total of 3 donuts during the race (1 at start, 1 at turnaround, 1 at finish). Each participant must finish their donut before running to the next stop. The course will be a 3 mile loop with almost 1000 ft of climbing that starts and finishes at the south trailhead. Post race party with coffee, Irish coffee, mimosas, and hot chocolate await at the finish line! We will have an awesome shirt and coffee mug for finishers! Bones 'n Barrels Endurance Beer Mile | March 16, 2024

Trail Zombies Rejoice!

Finally a beer mile for trail runners! Come celebrate St Paddy’s Day and run with us at the 3rd annual Bones ‘n Barrels Endurance Beer Mile! Each runner will drink 3 beers over 3 beautiful miles at the Palomino RV Park in Cullman, AL. One beer at the start, one at the halfway mark, and one at the finish. As always, we’ll have an awesome shirt along with other goodies for participants! There will be a nonalcoholic option as well. Food, music, and non alcoholic beverages will be served at the finish! Chief Ladiga 100 | April 13, 2024

Chief Ladiga 100 Mile

Destined to become a southern classic, come join us for the 3rd annual Chief Ladiga 100 Mile Trail Run in beautiful Jacksonville, AL. Nestled in the foothills of Appalachia, runners will experience beautiful wetlands, streams, forests, farmlands, and a horizon filled with mountains on the Chief Ladiga Trail! A super fast and crew friendly course, runners will run 50 miles on smooth pavement across the Georgia line on the Silver Comet trail to Nathan Dean Park in Rockmart and then back to the Jacksonville Community Center to complete 100 miles! Aid stations are never more than 8 miles apart and crews can access all but 4 of the 14 stops. This is also a great race for first time 100 mile runners! Total elevation gain and loss for the course is around 3,500 ft. 32 hr cutoff for the 100. We will have food, beverages, music, and fun at the finish! All runners will get an awesome t shirt and finishers will receive the coolest buckle/finisher medal in ultrarunning! 50M/50K

The 50 mile will run from Germania Springs to the state line and back to the Jacksonville Community Center. The 50k will be a point to point from the state line. From Jacksonville, it’s a 30 minute drive to Esom Hill (start of 50k). Both races will start Saturday morning at 7am.

Travel and Lodging

Jacksonville AL is located in the middle of Atlanta GA and Birmingham AL off of I-20. Drive time from BHM or ATL is ~1hr. Also, there are plenty of hotels in and around Jacksonville.
